Wholesale Operations

Raidan Group’s wholesale operations import fresh cut flowers primarily from our own farms strategically located across Lebanon, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and India. However, we are not limited to our own production. To offer a vast selection and ensure a consistent supply of popular flowers to our customers, we have established long-standing partnerships with quality-conscious farms around the world, particularly in the Netherlands, Kenya, South Africa, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Thailand, and Mauritius.

Export Operations

Our dominant customer base for exported fresh cut flowers includes the European Union, the Middle East region, Australia, India, the Far East, Sweden, and Norway. Through our self-owned freight forwarding company located at the Airport in Kenya, our export operation acts as the pivotal link for introducing and supplying flowers to international markets.

Kenya: A Flourishing Partnership

Kenya is home to some of the world’s best flower growers, and its floriculture industry significantly contributes to the country’s GDP. Kenya’s diverse landscapes and abundant plant life make it ideal for flower production. The country is renowned for its long-lasting roses and carnations, making it the third-largest exporter of fresh cut flowers globally.

Kenya’s strong infrastructure, favorable climate, skilled workforce, and advanced technologies like greenhouse cultivation, net shading, and artificial lighting have positioned it as a leader in the floriculture industry, attracting foreign investment. Raidan Group is proud to be a part of Kenya’s floriculture market, with our own farms dedicated to cultivating beautiful fresh cut flowers. Alongside Europe, the United Arab Emirates is one of Kenya’s main export markets for flowers.

Raidan Group in Kenya

Raidan Group has capitalized on the advantages of Kenya’s floriculture industry by acquiring seven farms: Laurel Investments, Black Petal Farms, Golden Tulip Farms, Sunfloritech Ltd, Hansa Horticulture, Eco Roses, and Batian Farms. Importing fresh flowers directly from our Kenyan farms is simplified by Garden Freight, our in-house logistics solution provider. Garden Freight utilizes state-of-the-art technology to handle over 350 tons of monthly air cargo with all major airlines. Their 320 sq. ft. cold storage facility can hold nearly 2,000 boxes of flowers.

In addition to our own farms, Raidan Group’s Business Support division (BTBS) acts as our marketing and strategic sourcing arm. BTBS partners with over 25 additional farms in Kenya, allowing us to offer a wider and even more diverse selection of flowers.
